In 2023, we finally came to Urumqi in Xinjiang. After arriving, we couldn’t wait to explore this strange city on the street, and then came to Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar to experience the customs of ethnic minorities.

Although there are many food stalls in Toudaoqiao Grand Bazaar Food Street, we are looking for restaurants that only locals will go to. Will we be able to find the mutton in the cylinder we are looking for?
