Saad Abad is the last attraction we visit in Tehran, the capital of Iran. It is also the palace of the last dynasty of Iran.
The palace itself is a complex of buildings, including more than a dozen buildings of different sizes. Most of them have been transformed into museums, and some are used as the current Iranian presidential palace.
The Sa’ad Abad complex is built against the mountains, with fresh air and pleasant climate.
The palace complex was built at the end of the Qajar Dynasty, around 1920.
The largest palace among them, the White House, which we will visit inside, was completed in 1936 and was the summer residence of the last emperor. After Iran’s Islamic Revolution, it served as a national palace museum to show people the luxurious life of the last emperor.
